Managed Website Plans and Pricing.

Every plan combines a one-time website implementation with monthly website management. The setup creates the agreed customer-facing website and supporting system. Monthly management keeps the website hosted, monitored, maintained, supported, and operational after launch.

Exact pages, content entries, integrations, revision rounds, response targets, allowances, third-party costs, client responsibilities, and exclusions are documented in the proposal and service agreement.

Included in every managed website plan.

The depth changes by plan, but the shared foundation includes:

Business and customer-path discovery appropriate to the scope.

Custom brand-aligned responsive website design.

Website development on the approved Loskutech technical foundation.

A content management system for the pages and content types included in the plan.

A tested contact or booking path with agreed lead-capture behavior.

Technical SEO foundations, analytics, and conversion measurement.

Launch testing, production deployment, and content-tool training.

Managed hosting, monitoring, maintenance, support, and a defined content-change allowance.

Managed website plans for different levels of complexity.

Important boundariesImportant boundaries

Launch does not normally include a blog, structured service collection, testimonial or team collection, CRM integration, ecommerce, custom automation, or more than two consolidated revision rounds. New pages and structural changes are separate work.

Important boundaries

A reusable template does not imply unlimited content population. The proposal states the number of initial service entries, posts, testimonials, team profiles, and other records. Standard integrations are limited embeds or documented one-direction connections, not custom synchronization.

Important boundaries

Scale is not an unlimited package. The proposal defines the pages, dynamic templates, collections, content entries, integrations, data direction, authentication, failure handling, automations, revision rounds, third-party usage, and ongoing responsibilities. Extensive locations, synchronization, portals, custom workflows, or regulated data can require a larger custom scope.

Monthly website management by plan.

ScaleScale 2 hours per month Same business day for Monthly strategy review acknowledged critical issues2 hours per monthSame business day for acknowledged critical issuesMonthly strategy review

Response targets describe acknowledgment and active review, not guaranteed resolution. External vendors, missing access, client dependencies, and complex defects can prevent immediate correction.

What monthly management is not.

Monthly management is not an unlimited marketing, content, design, or development retainer. New pages, redesigns, new features, advanced integrations, campaigns, ongoing SEO, advertising management, copywriting, photography, large migrations, and structural content-system changes require a separate scope.

Third-party subscriptions and usage that materially exceed normal plan assumptions may be billed directly, passed through, or repriced according to the agreement.

Choosing the right plan.

Choose Launch when

The business needs a focused, credible presence with a small number of pages, one clear conversion path, and ongoing technical management.

Choose Grow when

The business has multiple services, meaningful proof, richer content, ongoing publishing needs, and one or two standard integrations.

Choose Scale when

The website must support multiple locations, larger content systems, campaigns, advanced proof, several integrations, migration complexity, or a more demanding operating environment.

A discovery call does not force a package. Loskutech first confirms the business problem, customer path, scope, participation, risks, and operating requirements, then recommends one best-fit route.
